NeYapimisBe Publisher is a private, owner-operated tool used to prepare and publish evidence-based educational content to the NeYapimisBe TikTok account. It is not available for public registration or third-party use.

2. Authorization

The account owner may authorize the tool through TikTok's official authorization process. Authorization may be withdrawn through TikTok account settings or by contacting the account owner.

3. Acceptable use

The tool may only be used for content owned by, licensed to, or otherwise authorized for publication by the account owner. Content must comply with applicable law, TikTok's terms, and TikTok's community and developer policies.

4. Intellectual property

NeYapimisBe content and branding remain the property of their respective owner. TikTok names, marks, and services belong to TikTok and its affiliates.

5. Availability

The service is provided on an as-available basis. Features may change or stop without notice. No guarantee is made that TikTok or its APIs will always be available.

6. Disclaimer and limitation

The tool is provided without warranties to the extent permitted by law. The owner is not responsible for indirect losses caused by platform outages, authorization changes, or use contrary to these terms.

7. Changes

These terms may be updated when the service, legal requirements, or platform policies change. The effective date above will be revised when material changes are made.
